1. Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the product securely in the original packaging and include the RA number on the package.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-14 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at +91 95217 66770 with details and a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable, at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
